SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please allow two weeks for delivery as many of our styles are made by hand. However, in stock items may ship sooner and we can’t wait for you to start wearing your new jewelry!
We ship using USPS priority mail. A tracking email will be sent to you once your package is on the way!
If you aren’t happy with your purchase, we accept returns of new merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your purchase (per postage tracking delivery date). New merchandise is eligible for a full refund, less any shipping charges, and will be returned in the original form of payment. Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense, unless the incorrect item is shipped or the item shipped is damaged.
To process a return or exchange, send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the item you'd like to return and name on the order (and reason for returning if you'd like to help us with feedback). Pack up your items, include the printed invoice or receipt and ship your return to:
